Reporter's Courtroom Photo Leads to Mistrial in Murder Case

According to the Topeka (Kan.) Capital-Journal, a mistrial was declared in a Kansas murder trial Wednesday after a reporter covering the proceedings posted a photo to twitter that reportedly showed members of the jury.

Kansas Supreme Court rules maintain that close-up photos that identify individual jurors are prohibited, according to the Capital-Journal story.
