MUST SEE: Tranquilized bear falls from tree

Wildlife officers had to tranquilized a bear that had climbed up a tree on the University of Colorado’s Boulder campus.

Park ranger say the bear was about 15 feet above the ground and is probably between 3 and 5-years-old. The young bear is no light weight though weighing in near 200 pounds.

After being tranquilized and a short wait, the bear finally fell out of the tree onto cushioned pads that had been placed on the ground.

The bear will be relocated into the wild.
