Police: Man Didn't Tell Sex Partner He Was HIV-Positive

This is not something you would probably want kept from you.

According to a news release from the Okaloosa County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office, a 49-year-old Florida man has been charged with a felony for allegedly not telling a female sex partner he is HIV-positive.

According to the police report attached to the news release, the woman was tested for HIV and the test was negative.
