Largest Python Found in Florida Pulled From Everglades

Now this is a big snake.

According to a news story posted on the University of Florida website, researchers at the university are examining the largest Burmese python ever found in the state.

The snake, which was found in Everglades National Park, measures in at 17-feet, 7-inches long, and weighed more than 164 pounds, according to the University of Florida story. The snake was found to be carrying 87 eggs.
