Good Samaritans Electrocuted While Trying to Help Car Crash Victim

A tragic story from California.

According to California television station KTLA, a pair of women who stopped to assist the victim of a car crash on Wednesday wound up being electrocuted.

The vehicle crashed into a fire hydrant and a light pole during the accident, and live wires from the light pole made contact with water being released from a fire hydrant, according to the KTLA report. The women were electrocuted when they came into contact with the electrified water, according to KTLA.
