Man Found Sleeping in Vehicle With Bag of Cocaine on Lap, Police Say

A strange story from Florida.

According to a news release from the Collier County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office, a Florida man was arrested over the weekend after police allegedly found him asleep in his vehicle with a bag of cocaine on his lap. The man was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
