A bizarre story from New York over the weekend.

According to a report from the New York Daily News, fire department officials said a 30-year-old New York woman nearly had her arm severed over the weekend when she fell into her apartment building's garbage chute and got trapped inside a trash compactor. The woman was hospitalized in critical condition, according to the Daily News report.
