Mother, Grandmother Arrested After Photos of Young Children With Marijuana Surface, Police Say

A shocking story from Kentucky, according to a report from the Lexington Herald-Leader.

According to the Herald-Leader report, police said a Kentucky mother and grandmother are facing assorted charges after police said they were alerted to photos that allegedly depict a pair of young children with marijuana cigarettes in their mouths.
