With busy schedules, shopping rush, and an ever-growing to-do list, it's easy to get caught up in the holidays. However, the Better Business Bureau is warning consumers to stay alert for common holiday hoaxes.
The BBB Complaint Resolution Department says be aware of the top 12 hoaxes of the 2012 holiday season.
