Ouch! Man Bites Off Neighbor's Eyebrow, Police Say

According to a report from the Sandusky (Ohio) Register, a 48-year-old Ohio man was charged with felony assault for allegedly biting off the eyebrow of his neighbor during an incident late Sunday night.
