Pair Arrested for Posing as TV News Crew and Using Stun Gun on People, Police Say

A strange story from Ohio.

According to a report from Ohio television station WKYC, police in Cleveland said a pair of men -- ages 19 and 25 -- were arrested this week for allegedly posing as a television station news crew and using a stun gun on people.
