Couple Arrested After Allegedly Locking 8-Year-Old Girl in Cage While They Went to Movie

A shocking story from New Mexico.

According to a report from the Albuquerque Journal, police said a 37-year-old man and 33-year-old woman from New Mexico were arrested on charges of negligent child abuse for allegedly locking an 8-year-old girl in a cage for more than two hours while they went to a movie.
