Daycare Worker Suspected of Putting Sleeping Pills in Children's Drinks, Police Say

A daycare worker suspected of drugging children in her care.

According to a report from the San Jose Mercury News, police said a 59-year-old California woman was arrested this week after being suspected of putting sleeping pills into the drinks of children in her care.

The woman, who was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment, was fired from her job at the daycare facility, according to the Mercury News report.
