Accident Near Babbitt Leaves 1 Person Dead

A man has died after the car he was driving went off the road near Babbitt around 9 am.

The man, who was in his 60's, was traveling with his wife at the time of the accident.

She was rescued by a witness who was at the scene of the accident at the time it happened.

Officials are withholding the name of the victim until family members can be notified.
