Hibbing Police Make Home Invasion Arrest

The Hibbing police department has made an arrest in connection with a home invasion and sexual assault there on Tuesday.

Michelle, Police arrested a 20-year old Hibbing man early this morning... after an extensive investigation.

According to Hibbing Police department, The home invasion and sexual assault happened in the Graysher area of town around three Tuesday morning.

The investigation is ongoing... and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is involved as well.

The county attorney's office is reviewing the case, and formal charges are expected by Monday afternoon.

The suspect is being held at the Saint louis county courthouse in Hibbing..
He does not have a prior criminal record in this state.
