Northland Newspaper Publisher Scaling Back Print Editions

A Northland newspaper publishing company will soon replace three of its Tuesday print editions with online versions.

Superior Publishing Corporation says the changes will affect the Hibbing Daily Tribune, Mesabi Daily News and the Ashland Daily press.
Charles Johnson, president of Superior Publishing, says the changes are part of an overall strategy to enhance the newspaper's multimedia presence while maintaining full news coverage.

The company says the E-editions will continue to provide the same content online as readers would find in the paper.
