Two Harbors, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Dueling broadband network providers are at odds in Two Harbors.
Lake Connections, Lake County's publically owned broadband network has filed a complaint with the FCC over a competitor, Frontier Communications.
The complaint states Frontier is demanding entitlement to the bottom position on all utility poles which would essentially force Lake Connections to flip flop cables.
Officials with Lake Connections say that demand carries no merit and they're hoping for a resolution in a timely manner.
The company says changes could cost them more than $200,000.
