Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Two guys from Duluth street surfing on icy roads are making waves in the viral world. Kevin Jacobsen takes a look at what's trending for the week of January 14th.

Blake Shippee and friend Jeremy Marshik said they were helping people turn their cars around on 3rd Street and Mesaba Avenue because of the ice-covered roads Sunday morning.

On their way back, Shippee said they decided to slide down the hill to their car.

The video, "Icy Duluth Day", is the number one most viewed video on YouTube in the Twin Ports region with more than 65,000 hits.

The video also made its way to television sets in the Twin Cities and beyond. The video also remains in the top 10 most viewed stories on NNCNOW.com

Shippee said on the phone he's in shock over all the attention his video is getting.
