Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Beacon Bank opened its doors in a new location in Duluth.

The move makes way for construction of the new Maurice's corporate headquarters building, which will require demolition of the site the bank has occupied since 2002 in the Palladio Building.
They've moved just a block from their former location.
The move was a quick one as the Bank was open at its old location on Saturday and opened its doors at the new location today.
Beacon's new location has direct Skywalk access and is in a popular area for foot traffic downtown.

"We're hearing very very positive things from not only our customers, but people just walking through the skywalk and stopping in to see it. They can actually come in and see how it turned out." said Deb Otto, Duluth Market President.

The new location features a rebuilt interior with individual offices for customer privacy as well as large-group meeting spaces.
