Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.COM) --- Two Northland preachers are back in court, saying that the city of Duluth and Bentleyville Tour of Lights are violating their right to profess their faith.

According to our partners at the Duluth News Tribune, preachers Steve Jankowski of Duluth and Peter Scott of Hibbing, along with several religious freedom groups, filed a motion earlier this week asking the city of Duluth to let them profess their faith on Bentleyville grounds.

City officials have allowed the preachers to preach in a zone near a parking lot outside an entrance to the holiday lighting display.

The preachers however, say they should be allowed inside Bentleyville.

The issue first occurred in November of 2010 when the preachers were escorted out of the display by police when they refused to stop preaching.
