Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Anders Broman is known as a humble record setting Northland athlete and tonight he's giving back to a sport near and dear to his heart.

Anders along with his brother Bjorn taught kids in the Salvation Army's Rookie Basketball Association program some basketball skills tonight.

The brothers went through some basic ball handling drills and shooting with the kids.

They were excited to give back to the team that started their love of basketball.

"Whenever we can we always try to come and help out those younger kids, because when we were their age we would we looked up to people just like they look up to people, so it's been a lot of fun," said Broman.

Anders Broman is known for breaking the record for most points scored by a Minnesota High School basketball player.
