Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - From police incidents to disaster response, the city of Duluth is rolling out a new warning system to inform you about emergencies
Officials are billing CodeRED as a high-speed emergency notification service to give residents a heads up on emergencies through telephone calls, text messages and emails.
It's geographically based and will notify those who sign up about police and fire emergencies, public utility interruptions and weather emergencies.
