Cloquet, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- People at a house party in Cloquet were threatened by suspects with a gun early Sunday morning.

Cloquet Police responded to a home near Maplewood Avenue around 1:20 a.m. after they learned several people came to the party, banished a handgun and were demanding money from party goers inside the garage.

Police say the suspects fired a shot in the garage ceiling when people at the party would not meet their demands.

The suspects then went into the woods near the home and were later caught by police without incident.

Three men were arrested and await formal charges.

Two juveniles were taken to the Arrowhead Juvenile Center in Duluth, and the adult man was taken to the Carlton County Law Enforcement Center.

Police continue to investigate the incident.
