Cohasset, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The city of Cohasset is examining its water rates.
The town is participating in a study to establish base fees for water usage.
According to our partners at the Grand Rapids Herald, the water report is expected to be complete by the end of the year.
A sewer rate study will begin in January.
Mayor Greg Hagy said the city had been experiencing a 34 percent water loss each year, but now the loss has been reduced to 11 percent.
