Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Duluth police need your help locating a man who has a felony warrant out for his arrest stemming from a parole violation.
Dallas Torgerson, 28, has a history of crimes involving check forgery and issuing dishonored checks.
Torgerson is 6'2" and has blue eyes and blond hair.
Anyone who has seen Torgerson or has any information of his whereabouts should call 911.
