Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - A filmmaker hoping to raise money to make a short film in Duluth has reached his goal.
Vincent Gargiulo was hoping to raise $10,000 on the fundraising site, www.Kickstarter.com to film his movie, 'Duluth is Horrible.'
Gargiulo says that he doesn't actually think Duluth is horrible, in fact, he's never been here. But in the movie, about lonely people searching for a connection, the main character gets dumped in the city, hence the name.
Gargiulo reached his $10,000 goal Friday and says he plans on coming to Duluth to film around the end of January.
