Hibbing, MN (NNCNOW.com) - If you're ever driving along First Avenue in Hibbing, there is a unique store that might catch your eye. It's called SoHo Arts and since 1997 it's been giving people with disabilities a chance to spread their artistic wings, making and selling their work in the store.
