DULUTH, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - It's a piece of flair from the Golden Age in Duluth that's been historically restored, and now, you can try out local beers on tap there.

Duluth's turn-of-the-century old city hall on East Superior Street will reopen this Saturday as a restaurant and bar called "Tycoons Ale House".

The establishment uses reclaimed wood for some larger tables as well as the bar, and has historic décor meant to bring diners back to the zenith days.

"It does look fancy. We wanted to capture that sort of opulence of the wealthy people at the turn of the century, sort of bask in that spirit of optimism and unbridled enthusiasm that they had to feel at the time," said Brad Nelson, who does public relations and marketing.

While the place may look fancy, Nelson says the prices remain similar to their other establishments like the Fitger's Brewhouse and Burrito Union, and will have Fitger's beer on tap.

"Tycoons Ale House" is the fourth establishment for Fitger's Brewhouse in Duluth.

It opens at 4 p.m. Saturday.
