Superior, WI - (Northland's NewsCenter) - A Superior High School student is getting national recognition.
Sixteen year old Ian Bass has been drawing vehicles since he was seven...but never dreamed his creative eye would land him a spot on Chevy Camaro's facebook page as its profile picture.
Last week Ian's dad posted a picture of a camaro Ian created on the facebook...and Friday it was featured as Chevy's profile picture...by Friday evening the picture had nearly two-thousand "likes".
Bass said he was honored to have his photo recognized
"I was pretty amazed that it actually got some positive response, it's a pretty big deal, two-point-four-million fans."
Bass is also February's Artist of the month at the Superior Public Library.
