Police search for third person of interest in Virginia homicide

Virginia, MN (NNCNOW.com) - The Virginia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a person of interest in a homicide that happened Tuesday.

Harley Joseph Jacka, 29, of Virginia, was the victim.

Investigators are looking for 42-year-old Anthony James Isham. He is described as Native American, 5’8”, approximately 185 lbs., with brown eyes and black and gray hair.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest for a Burglary from a residence in Greaney.

Police say he stole several guns, including a handgun and a vehicle described as a navy blue Chrysler Town and Country van, Minnesota license plate 627 LTT. The vehicle has not been located.

If you see Anthony Isham or the stolen vehicle, do not approach. Call the Virginia Police Department, 218-748-7511, or 911.

Two other persons of interest in the investigation are in custody on unrelated charges.

The Virginia Police Department is investigating the case with assistance from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office, the Eveleth Police Department, the FBI and the St. Louis County Attorney’s Office.
