-- A group will march on the Fond du Lac reservation in solidarity, protesting recent violence and gang activity.
7:30 Monday morning, protesters will gather at the Fond du Lac Gas and Grocery store, walking to the reservation business committee office.
This act is in response to what organizers say is an influx of drug use and violent acts in the Fond du Lac community.
They want the area to know that they fed up with the dangerous consequences that come with drugs in their community.
"I want to go out there and make it known that we can't do this anymore, we won't put up with it anymore and we need to let the people bringing this into the community know that it's not okay," said Bettina Johnsen, who helped organize the event.
Anyone that wants to participate is encouraged to come.
