Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) A state-wide non-profit organization helped feed the hungry Tuesday in Duluth.
Ruby's Pantry, a charitable food group from Pine City, held a food distribution in Morgan Park for underemployed people in the Northland.
In return for a $15 donation, people were given anywhere from $75 to $100 worth of food.
Founder Lyn Sahr said the organization is built on generosity.
"The more food we give, the more we get. And it's a principle that works. The more we give, the more we get. And that's the way Ruby's Pantry has grown."
Distributions will be held at Morgan Park on the first Tuesday of every month.
