Superior, WI (NNCNOW.com) - Less than one week after their harrowing ordeal over the skies of Superior, the 11 member team with Skydive Superior reunited to see their story played out on National TV.

On Friday, members of Skydive Superior gathered with family, friends and city leaders at VIP in Superior to view the Dateline NBC exclusive "Miracle on the Sunset Dive."

The episode replayed the terrifying moments of last Saturdays accident in the skies over Superior.

Pilots and sky divers say after sharing their story with NBC in New York earlier this week, they were glad to be back in Superior watching their real life experience play out on the small screen with their diving family.

"I've actually been looking forward to it all week, I wanted to see, I didn't get to see anyone else's interview. I was interested to see how it was going to come out and how it was going to look and they did a very good job," said pilot Blake Wedan.

"I'm an extremely lucky person. It feels great to be able to sit here with my family, these people are family to me," said Lanaya Bonogofsky, skydiver.

Many members of the Skydive Superior team say despite their brush with death, they are looking forward to getting back in the skies over Superior soon.

The company is in the process of purchasing new planes in their fleet.
