Kevin Jacobsen was born and raised just outside New York City to proud Danish Parents. Before getting his driver's license, he already had press credentials.

Kevin comes to the Northland’s NewsCenter from Sioux City, Iowa where he was an anchor and producer for the market’s only Emmy-nominated morning newscast. He also worked as a reporter and photojournalist in New York and New England.

Kevin received a B.S. in Television News from Lyndon State College, a tiny school in a small corner of Vermont known as the Northeast Kingdom.

In his spare time, Kevin likes to keep tabs on family in Denmark, digital photography, and exploring the Northland.
