Hawks Beat Hunters, Mirage Winners on Ice Too

(NNCNOW.com) --- Junior Kyle Amundson scored the game-tying goal and then the game-winning goal in overtime as Hermantown came back to beat Duluth Denfeld while on the girls' side Proctor-Hermantown ousted Superior on Tuesday night.

The No. 2 Hawks were 2-1 in the third before Amundson tied things up at 2-2. Then in the first overtime, Amundson got his own rebound and finished it to edge out the No. 18 Hunters 3-2.

Across the bridge, the Mirage jumped out to a 2-1 lead over the Spartans in the first period before winning 7-3 at Superior Ice Arena.
