Indianapolis, IN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Wisconsin football team cruised on Saturday night to a 70-31 win over #12-ranked Nebraska, winning the 2012 Big 10 championship and earning a place in the 2013 Rose Bowl.

Montee Ball had three rushing touchdowns in the contest for the Badgers, eclipsing the all-time NCAA record for most rushing scores in a career.

James White, meanwhile, had four rushing touchdowns for Wisconsin as the Badgers racked up 539 yards and eight scores with the ground attack.

Wisconsin now advances to play in a third consecutive Rose Bowl, with the 2013 "Granddaddy of Them All" set for January 1 in Pasadena, Calif. The Badgers' opponent will be Stanford, with the Cardinal this season's champion of the Pac-12.
