Bulldogs Baseball Picked 6th in NSIC

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) baseball team has been picked to finish sixth in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) preseason coaches' poll, which was released on Wednesday afternoon.

The Bulldogs finished in seventh place in the NSIC this past spring, closing out the year with a conference record of (14-10) and an overall record of (14-26).

UMD also boasts this season the NSIC preseason player of the year in sophomore infielder Alex Wojciechowski, who was named after his rookie season the NSIC freshman and player of the year.
