Chargers Topple Timberwolves in State Quarters

Moorhead, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Ely football team saw its season end on Saturday afternoon, falling 34-6 to Goodridge-Grygla-Gatzke in the 9-Man state quarterfinals.

Louis Gerzin was the lone Timberwolves player to score in the loss, that coming late in the game to make it a 34-6 score.

Ely sees its season end with an overall record of (9-3).
