Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) volleyball team remained fifth in this week's American Volleyball Coaches' Association (AVCA) Division II poll, which was released on Monday afternoon.

The Bulldogs won two matches and lost one last week, earning a share of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) regular season title with Southwest Minnesota State and Concordia-St. Paul.

UMD holds a (27-3) overall record in the 2012 season and, by way of a tiebreaker, will be the #3 seed at the upcoming NSIC postseason tournament in St. Paul, Minn. on November 16-18.
