'Dogs Stay Third in Super Region Rankings

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) football team stayed third this week in the official NCAA Division II Super Region #3 rankings, that following a 57-3 home win over Minnesota-Crookston this past Saturday.

The top six teams in these rankings at year's end will qualify for the NCAA Division II tournament, with the top two teams receiving a bye in the first round of the playoffs.

Below are listed the full results of this week's Super Region #3 rankings, with a team's respective overall record listed in parentheses.

2. MSU-Mankato (9-0)
3. Minnesota-Duluth (8-1)
4. St. Cloud State (8-1)
5. Henderson State (9-0)
6. Pittsburg State (7-1)
7. Emporia State (8-0)
8. Washburn (8-1)
9. Missouri Western State (7-2)
10. Harding (6-2)
