'Dogs Sweep Dragons on Senior Day at Romano

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Both the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) men's and women's basketball teams earned wins on Saturday afternoon, with both coming as the Bulldogs honored their senior players at Romano Gymnasium.

Barnum, Minn. native Katrina Newman scored a game-high 28 points for the women as they fought to a 54-50 win, and Jake Hottenstine paced the men with 23 points as they got a 74-66 victory.
