Duluth's Morris Falls to Tovar at Black Bear Brawl

Carlton, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Duluth, Minn. native Markus 'Hooch' Morris picked up his first loss of his professional boxing career on Saturday night, falling to Benito Tovar in a majority decision at the Black Bear Brawl in Carlton, Minn.

Morris and Tovar went the full six rounds in the light welterweight bout before the "Hope of the Hillside" fell to Tovar on the scorecard.

With the loss, Morris is now (5-1) in his pro career with three wins via knockout.
