Biwabik, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Ely senior Jesse Olson finished eighth individually at the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) nordic ski meet on Thursday afternoon, helping his team to a second place finish at Giant's Ridge in Biwabik, Minn. OIson finished with a time of 30:45 in the 10-kilometer race combining both freestyle and classical styles, with that time being 1:21 off the pace of individual champion Jakob Ellingson. As a team, the Wolves finished with 358 points to take home runner-up hardware, with just the 378 points of Eden Prairie besting their score. Olson was joined on the second place team by Colton Bina, Seth Prigge, Rrik Haaversen, Cole Helms, Jonah Dalberg, and Andrew Haag.
