FINAL RESULTS: MN Boy's Golf Tourney

(Northland's NewsCenter) --- Day two of the MSHSL boy's golf tournament was held Wednesday across the state, with Taylor Sundbom of Hermantown taking home the Class AA championship.

Sundbom shot a two-day total of 142 to win the state title by three strokes over second-place finishers Karter Smith and Jack Riester, and he also helped the Hawks to a second place team finish in the tournament.

Sam Eisenhuth of Northeast Range was the top Northlander in Class A with a total score of 145, just one stroke behind the eventual state champion.

Duluth Denfeld's Shane Bowen, meanwhile, was the lone Northlander participating in Class AAA. He finished tied for 48th place with a two-day total of 159.
