Hernandez Leads Huskies Past Rox at Home

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Aaron Hernandez went 3-for-3 at the plate and knocked in two runs on Monday night, leading the Duluth Huskies to a 6-3 win over the St. Cloud Rox at Wade Stadium.

Hernandez was the only Duluth player to record multiple hits in the game, which the Huskies were trailing 3-1 before scoring five runs in the bottom of the sixth inning.

University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) sophomore John Meyer got credit for the win on the mound, pitching 0.2 scoreless innings in relief of starter Burke Seifrit.

Duluth is now (4-2) this 2013 season and will next be in action at 11:35 a.m. on June 4 against St. Cloud at Wade Stadium.
