Hibbing-Chisholm Gets #5 Seed at State

Hibbing, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Hibbing-Chisholm girls' hockey team has received the #5 seed at the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Class A tournament, it was announced on Saturday morning.

The Bluejackets will face #4-seed South St. Paul in the tournament's quarterfinal round, with that game scheduled for 8:00 p.m. on Feb. 20 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn.

Hibbing-Chisholm is (18-9-0) this season and earned its first trip to the MSHSL tournament since 2008 by beating Proctor-Hermantown 4-2 in the Section 7A championship game.
