St. Paul, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Ashley Hinsch and Kate Lange each hit inidividual milestones on Friday afternoon as the #5-ranked University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) volleyball team beat Winona State 3-0 in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) quarterfinals.

Hinsch dished out 32 assists in the winning effort, putting her over the 1,000 mark this season as the Bulldogs' freshman setter. Lange, meanwhile, posted 22 kills to move her past the 500 plateau this year for UMD.

The Bulldogs are now (28-3) overall this season and will next face Southwest Minnesota State in the NSIC semifinals, with that match set for 4:30 p.m. Saturday in St. Paul, Minn.
