Rangers to Play for First-Ever State Title

Minneapolis, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Mountain Iron-Buhl girl's basketball team won 49-45 against Ada Borup on Thursday afternoon in the MSHSL Class A semifinals.

The Rangers were led by Sarah Overbye with 12 points and Dakotah Winans with 11 points in the winning effort, improving their record to (31-1) this season.

Mountain Iron-Buhl will now play for its first state championship against Maranatha Christian Academy. That game is set for 12:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Target Center in Minneapolis.
