Toledo, OH (NNCNOW.com) --- Hermantown, Minn. native Drew LeBlanc and the #4-seeded St. Cloud State University (SCSU) men's hockey team skated to a 5-1 win over #1-seeded Notre Dame on Saturday afternoon in the first round of the NCAA Division I tournament.

Five different players scored for the Huskies in the winning effort, with three of them coming in a dominant second period to put SCSU up 4-0 headed to the third.

Ryan Faragher made 17 saves in the game for the Huskies, with St. Cloud now advancing to Sunday's Midwest Regional championship against either Miami (OH) or Minnesota State-Mankato.
