Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The No. 2 University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) volleyball team continued its home dominance on Saturday afternoon after sweeping Winona State to extend its home winning streak to 20 matches.

The Bulldogs won by double-digits in each of the first two sets before the Warriors made things interesting in the third set but eventually lost 25-21. Winona State has just one victory in 70 all-time matches against UMD.

Three different Bulldogs tallied double-digit kills led by freshman middle blocker Sydnie Mauch who had 13 while senior outside hitter Kate Lange and sophomore outside hitter Mariah Scharf each added ten.

UMD returns to action on Tuesday when they host NSIC rival Northern Michigan University at 7:00 p.m.
